I am an independent consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in people management and organizational transformation, working with both national and multinational companies. Today, I accompany leaders, professionals, and teams as they confidently face the challenges of their development, change management, and the pursuit of new possibilities in their careers. My focus is on opening pathways that connect personal fulfillment with organizational success. I also work with individuals going through complex moments — professional crises, career decisions, or transitions — helping them regain clarity and direction, and prepare for difficult conversations with their teams, leaders, or themselves. As a business advisor, I design and implement people management solutions that strengthen talent, culture, and team effectiveness. As a coach, I support individual processes of leadership, career development, and professional crisis management. My purpose guides me: to create kind and safe spaces that encourage others to be seen and to remove obstacles that stand between them and their aspirations. I deeply believe it is possible to build organizations where people grow, find meaning, and achieve results that truly matter. I have been a volunteer with USEC since 2009, contributing to initiatives that foster the connection between business, people, and purpose.
